Why we collect your information

We collect your details, professional information and documents for one purpose: to assess your suitability for work with Lexorium Productions and to consider you for current and future productions.

How your CV and profile are used

Your CV, portfolio and profile are reviewed to match your skills to the productions we run. They are never used for marketing, never sold or shared with third parties, and never published on this website or anywhere else.

Who can access it

Access is limited to the Lexorium Productions staff responsible for recruitment and production planning. Your documents are held in secure storage and opened through short-lived links rather than public web addresses.

Correcting or deleting your information

You may ask us to correct or delete your registration at any time by contacting the studio. We will action a deletion request unless we are required by law to retain the record.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration for as long as it remains relevant to our productions, and no longer than 24 months after your last update, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

Submit your registration

You will receive a registration reference, and we will contact you if a production matches your profile.
