Music & Film Licensing Terms
Terms of Sale — Lexorium Music
1. Overview
These terms govern the licensing of beats, songs and audio content produced by Lexorium Productions (Private) Limited ("Lexorium", "we", "us"). By purchasing a licence, you ("the licensee") agree to these terms.
2. Licence Types
Each track offers one or more licence tiers. The specific rights, caps and files included are defined on the track page at the time of purchase. Licence tiers include but are not limited to MP3 Lease, WAV Lease, Premium WAV, Unlimited Lease, Exclusive Beat Sale, Sync Licence, Content Creator Licence and Public Performance Licence.
3. What You Receive
Upon successful payment, you receive a licence certificate (PDF) by email and access to the files included in your chosen tier through your My Library page. Files are available for download for the duration of your licence term.
4. Usage Rights
Your usage rights are limited to the caps defined in your licence tier (streaming limits, video limits, sales/download limits, broadcast, live performance attendance, territory and term). Exceeding these caps requires an upgrade or a custom licence. You may not resell, sub-licence or transfer the beat or song itself.
5. Content ID & Registration
Lexorium registers its catalogue with Content ID systems. To prevent your licensed content from being flagged, register your channels using the channel registration form in My Library. We will not be liable for Content ID claims on unregistered channels.
6. Exclusive Sales
When a track is sold exclusively, all prior non-exclusive licences remain active until their term ends, but no new licences will be issued for that track. The exclusive buyer receives the full untagged files and stems as defined in the exclusive tier.
7. Refunds
Licence purchases are non-refundable once files have been downloaded. If you have not downloaded any files and contact us within 48 hours of purchase, we will review your request.
8. Public Performance
Public Performance Licences require the event name, address, date and expected attendance at checkout. The licensee is responsible for any performing-rights society (PRS, SAMRO or equivalent) clearances required for the public performance of the work.
9. Unauthorized Use
Use of Lexorium music without a valid licence is a copyright infringement. We actively monitor platforms for unauthorized use and may issue takedown notices or claims. If you believe a use is licensed but has been flagged, contact us with your licence number.
10. Contact
